DJ 1985 is Stanislav Grishchuk, DJ and producer from Chelyabinsk, Russia, currently residing in Belgrade, Serbia.
Starting off in 2003 as a drum&bass DJ, Stanislav has gone to full non-boundary eclecticism over the years, with a big emphasis on the music from Chicago, Detroit, New York & Baltimore, and also with a big rave influence of UK music (namely hardcore/jungle/drum&bass).
His focus has shifted to jazz music since about 2023. Cool Scandinavian jazz has helped him to rewire his mind and hot Balkan jazz has helped to recharge his soul.
So, Jesus Loves Jazz is all about love of jazz and improvisation. Time period: from 1970s to modern time. Mood: from really blue to soulful and uplifting.
